Email marketing and Newsletter
We have a double opt in process for our newsletter. If you sign up to our newsletter, we will store the contact information provided. We will only use this to send out you our newsletters which will contain help, advice and details of our products on promotion. We will sometimes include third party links in our newsletter. Orders are dispatched Monday-Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays, those orders placed after 14:00 GMT on a Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday (or next working day if Monday is a UK public holiday).
MyBeeStore cannot be held responsible for delays to deliveries caused by couriers or any other third party.
Postage and packing will be applied to each item in accordance with MyBeeStore standard delivery rates and policies, or the participating third-party delivery courier rates and policies, as applicable.
All shipping charges are subject to change and unless the order qualifies for free shipping (see terms and conditions) the customer will be charged for the cost of shipping their items.

Orders weighing less than 2KG are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class unless specified otherwise*, this service can take up to 3-5 working days and does not provide tracking information.
To keep our shipping costs down, your order may be split into multiple parcels, in this instance parcels will clearly be labelled parcel 1 of 2 and so on.
Rest of UK-
Please note there may be an additional carriage charge on items to Northern Ireland, Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, the Channel Islands and off-shore islands.
In the instance that the shipping rate needs to be amended MyBeeStore will contact the customer within two working days to resolve the shipping issues.
Deliveries within the EU are sent via Royal Mail International standard, unless specified otherwise*, this service can take up to 10-15 working days and does not provide tracking information.
Size and weight restrictions may result in some orders being dispatched in multiple parcels, if you place several separate orders we may also combine them into one parcel.
Rest of World-
Deliveries to the Rest of World are sent via Royal Mail International Standard, unless specified otherwise*, this service can take up to 15-35 working days depending on your chosen delivery country and does not provide tracking information.
This may take up to a maximum of 35 business days in rare cases, please contact our customer service team if this is the case for your delivery and we will endeavour to help.
Please note that due to restrictions on the size and weight of international parcels, occasionally orders containing multiple large items may have to be split into several parcels in order for us to send them to you.
I am sorry that we are unable to offer free shipping for orders over £100 to UK MAINLAND ONLY at the moment.
For larger orders please drop me an email and we shall determine the most cost effective method of getting your goods to you.
Free shipping will be reviewed as soon as the covid problem reduces.
